1 package dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cups Bisquick
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit, chopped

Icing:

1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in egg, 1 tablespoon sugar, and Bisquick. Beat vigorously. Turn onto a floured board and knead vigorously (50 times).
Roll into 12x15 rectangle and spread with butter.
Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and spread over top. Roll and pinch edges.
Cut in 1 inch slices and put into greased muffin tins. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 355º. Let cool 5 minutes.

Stir together the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the rolls.
