1 (1 1/4 oz.) package French's cheese sauce mix
6 tbsp. Butter, softened
2 tsp. Minced onion
8 large Chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 (1 1/4 oz.) package French's taco seasoning mix
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1 c. Sour cream
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1 tbsp. Chopped green Chile's

Combine sauce mix, butter and onions; stir until blended. Chill while preparing chicken. Pound chicken with mallet, flattening to 1/8 in. thickness. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on each chicken breast; roll up, tucking in side to enclose filling. Combine seasoning mix and garlic powder. Coat chicken breast. Arrange chicken rolls, seam side down, in shallow glass 11x7 in. baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and turning back one corner to vent. Microwave on HIGH 12 minutes - rearranging rolls after 6 minutes. Remove from microwave and let stand 5 minutes. ( Cooking may take 3 to 5 minutes longer). Combine sour cream, Chile's and onion powder and serve with chicken.
