1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter
6 halves chicken breasts, boned
3 tablespoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and garlic in the butter until soft. Remove from the pan. Saute the chicken til golden brown. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover, and simmer 15 minutes. Add the bouillon and salt. Cover, simmer til tender, about 30 minutes. Remove the chicken. Add cornstarch to the sour cream and mix. Add the milk, then stir into the broth until thickening. Add the chicken and the onions. Bring just to boil. Serve over noodles or rice.
