crust for a 2-crust pie
5 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put apples into unbaked, pastry-lined pie pan. Top with butter. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread them over the apples. Cover with the top pastry. Bake at 375º for 55 minutes or until nicely browned on top.
