2 cups sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves (omit for Linda Frost Vinson)
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup chopped nuts
2 jars plum baby food
3 eggs

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
juice of 2-3 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients thoroughly in mixer.

Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.

Cook 1 hour at 350º until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool to remove from pan, and turn out onto a rack.

Mix the confectioner's sugar with enough lemon juice to make a thin paste. Drizzle it over the warm cake.
