Large Round Steak Cut
in 1/2 inch (partially frozen
steak cuts well)
2 large bell peppers
2 cans green chiles
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 large onion cut in large dice
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
or crushed chili tepin
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry steak quickly over high heat just until no longer pink. Add onion, bell pepper saute until crisp tender. Add green chilis, red pepper, saute 5 minutes, add tomato sauce sit and and saute till blended add 4 cups water. Bring to boil. Lower heat and cover. Simmer until steak is tender.

Serve with Mexican fried rice and beans- tortillas, avocados and cilantro.
