1 26 ounce bag frozen country style
2 cups shredded Colby cheese
1/4 cup minced onion
1 cup milk
1/2 cup beef stock
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
dash garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to 400º
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cheese, and onion. Mix well.
Combine milk, beef stock, half the butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, and pour over the potato mix. Mix all well.
Heat the rest of the butter in an oven-proof skillet, and add the mixture. Cook until hot and cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Bake about 45 minutes or until the top is brown.
