1 large package frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 tube saltine crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the vegetables until tender, and drain.
Put into a greased casserole dish.
Mix the onion, celery, cheese, and mayonnaise, and spread over the vegetables.
Melt the margarine, and mix it with crumbs. sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350º about 30 minutes.
