1 3/4 C self-rising flour
1 C sugar
3/4 C Grapenuts (I use Kroger's brand nuggets)
1 C mashed banana
1/2 C milk
2 T vegetable oil, 1 t vanilla
1 large egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar, and Grapenuts in large bowl. Whisk banana, milk, oil,
vanilla and egg in med bowl. Add wet ingred to dry and stir till combined.
Pour into 9" loaf pan or silicone pan with 8 mineature loaf sections. Bake 45-55 minutes till tester comes out clean...bake less for small pans.
Cool loaf in pan for 15 minutes and turn onto wire rack. Serve warm or room temperature if there's any left! Freezes well...wrap tightly.
