5 to 7 pork chops
4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 T oil
Pat of butter
Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown pork chops. Rub butter in the bottom of a baking dish. Place sliced potatoes in layers in bottom of baking dish. Place pork chops on top of potatoes. Pour cream of mushroom soup over pork chops and potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 375º for 1 1/2 hrs.
