6 chicken breasts (or tenders) - boneless, skinless
8 oz. of Catalina dressing
1 can whole cranberry sauce (can substitute jellied cranberry sauce)
1 package of onion soup mix

Directions:
Chicken should be thawed if frozen previously. Mix dressing, cranberry sauce and dry onion soup mix all together very well. Put the chicken in a pan, pour the mixture over the chicken and bake uncovered at 350º for 1 and 1/2 hours. (More or less time depending on your oven). This is best served with steamed rice and steamed vegetables.

This is a family favorite and really easy to make. Couple of things: If you like whole cranberries, then use that type of sauce. Our kids like it with the jellied cranberry sauce without any berries. We also sift the onion soup mix to removed the dried onions. For the kids, of course. We also have found that we like it with smaller pieces of chicken, like a tender. With larger chicken breasts, we typically split them in half.
