One pound ground beef
One can tomato paste
One can tomato sauce
One packet taco seasoning
One can of whole kernel corn
One can light red kidney beans
One large bag of shredded cheddar cheese
2 pie shells
Optional ingredients, chopped onions and bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain, add taco seasoning, tomato paste, tomato sauce, drained corn, drained kidney beans bring to simmer for 15 minutes.

Warm pie shells in oven according to directions. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese in bottom of both pie shells. Fill shells equally with ground beef filling. Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes and serve.
