1 lb. Italian Sausage cut in 1/2" slices
4 cloves fresh garlic
2 large onions chopped
1 16oz. can Italian pear tomatoes
1 1/2 qt. beef broth (canned or fresh)
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. chopped italian parsley
1 medium bell pepper chopped
2 medium zucchini sliced
2 cups bow-tie pasta (farfalle)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain fat. Place in large 5 qt. kettle. Add garlic and onions cooking until limp. Stir in and break up tomatoes. Add broth, water, basil, thyme and parsley. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Add chopped bell pepper and noodles cooking for 25 minutes with covered pot and on simmer. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
