Base-
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
1/2 cup finely chopped apricots

Filling-
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/3 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:

In large bowl combine cake mix and butter at low speed mix until crumbly. Stir in almonds. RESERVE 1 cup crumbs. Press remaining crumbs into bottom of greased 13x9 pan. Carefully spread 1 cup jam over crust. Beat cream cheese , sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and egg until well blended. Stir in 1/3 cup jam over base and jam. Combine reserved crumbs and the 1/2 cup coconut and sprinkle over filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and center is set. Cool completely- store in frig.
