6 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and cream cheese in blender. Blend thoroughly.
Place sugar and water in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high from 5 to 7 min. This will make your caramel. Pour caramel into baking dish. Pour egg mixture on top of caramel. Place this baking dish into a slightly larger dish 1/3 filled with water. Make sure the water does not raise high enough to get into your flan. Place pans in preheated oven and bake at 350° for approximately 35 min. Cool.
