1/4 cup margarine
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2 cans (10 3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup
2 cans rotel original diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
12 corn tortillas, torn into bite-size pieces
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Melt margarine in a large saucepan. Add pepper and onion cook over medium heat until tender blend in soup, tomatoes, and chicken. Heat. In a baking pan layer tortillas, then tomato mixture, then cheese. Bake at 325° for 40 min. or until bubbly.
