1 large Mango, peeled and diced
Fresh peaches, peeled and diced
Lemon juice (about ¼ cup)
1 bunch of fresh cilantro, stems removed and chopped
Red onion chopped
Red, yellow, orange bell pepper chopped
2 jalapenos chopped (remove some seeds if you don’t want it to be too hot)
Roasted chopped garlic (about 1 tsp)
Lemon pepper (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Hot pepper sauce (to taste)
