1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¾ c milk
1/3 c ketchup
½ lb. grated cheddar cheese
¼ c chopped green pepper
2 T chopped onion
1 c crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
· Brown beef, onions, and peppers
· Cook macaroni
· ADD – soup, milk, ketchup, and cheese to beef with the macaroni.

Bake covered 25 minutes at 350º.

Uncover and add crushed potato chips and bake for 5 more minutes.
