1 pkg. Lemon jello
1 large can pet milk (chilled)
1 large pkg. Cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 T Lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
Graham cracker crumbs, butter & sugar (for crust)

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 ¼ c. hot water to jello – put in refrigerator until it begins to thicken.
Whip the can of pet milk
Then:
Combine softened cream cheese and sugar
Next:
Add lemon juice and jello.
Stir the jello mixture into the whipped milk.
Add drained crushed pineapple (if desired) and pour into graham cracker crust

Chill or freeze.
