Cook and cool in pan over water:
2 pkg vanilla pudding (cook & serve)
2 c milk
1 c pineapple juice


1 pound cake (cubed)
1 (8 oz.) tub cool whip
Maraschino cherry juice
fresh strawberries or bananas (sliced)
Chunk pineapple (fresh or canned, drained)

Directions:
Directions:
· Cook and cool pudding
· Fold all but ½ c cool whip into cooled pudding
· Drizzle cherry juice over cubed cake
· Spoon pudding into bottom of bowl
· Layer fruit – cake and pudding - repeat
· Use reserved cool whip for garnish on top



Keep covered in refrigerator
