1 cup butter
1 4.5oz box chocolate pudding
1 egg
2 cups flour
3 tbs. sugar
1/2 cup Apricot, Raspberry or Prune filling. May use jam
1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl cream butter, pudding and mix until fluffy. Beat in egg- lightly spoon flour in cup. Add flour on low speed until well mixed and dough forms. Chill dough for 1 hour in the frig. Shape in 1 inch balls- roll balls in sugar- place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. With thumb make imprint in center of each cookie.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or just until firm to touch. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool and fill with 1/2 tsp filling.

In small saucepan blend chocolate chips and butter over low heat until melted. Stir constantly. Drizzle chocolate over each cookie.
