2 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. unpopped popcorn
Directions:
Directions:
Pop the popcorn and sort out any unpopped pieces. Place popcorn in large roaster pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Combine sugar, margarine, syrup, soda and salt. Boil 5 minutes and stir in vanilla. Pour syrup mixture over popcorn and mix well. Bake in 250º oven for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool.
