1 frozen pie shell
1/2 c. chopped inions
4 oz. imitation crab (or lobster)
1 tsp. dill weed
4 large eggs
8 oz. heavy cream
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375 degrees. Saute onions and seafood in butter and season with dill weed, reserving a pinch for top of quiche. Mix eggs, heavy cream and milk until blended. Mix cheeses, seafood and onions and spread on bottom of pie shell. Slowly pour egg mixture over seafood and cheese until pie shell is full. Sprinkle top with remaining dill weed. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
