3 or 4lb. rump roast
juice of 1 lemon plus soy sauce to make 1/3c.
garlic salt
1 can beef consommé
1/2 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Brush roast with garlic salt and put in roasting bag to marinate overnight. Cook roast in bag in 350 degree oven. When done, pour beef consommé and water with drippings to make dip. Serve thin slices of beef on sourdough bread with dip.
