Cut-up fresh fruit, such as pineapple, cantaloupe, seedless green grapes, strawberries kiwi, watermelon, star fruit and strawberries.

1 c orange juice
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Layer cut-up fresh fruit in a wide-mouthed glass or plastic jar. Think sun tea jar.
Syrup: Shake ingredients in a covered jar until sugar dissolves. Pour over fruit in jar, cover and refrigerate overnight. This makes enough for 4 cups of fruit.

Put fruit in jar in order listed. Serve in clear plastic glasses with colorful plastic spoons. Serve with slotted spoon if wanted.
