1/2 c water
1/2 c milk
1 c flour
1T sugar
pinch of salt
2 large eggs
2 T melted butter
oil spray

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients well. If the batter is too thick it won't work - it should be like light cream in texture without lumps. Heat a nonstick skillet. Spray the skillet with the oil. Spoon in a thin layer of batter. Turn the pan till the batter coats evenly. When bubbles appear, gently pick it up and turn over(use a fork). Cook till it looks a little brown.
Stack them on a plate covered with a towel. Serve with your choice of whipped cream, condensed milk, jam, chopped berries, chopped nuts.
