1 pckg of Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage
3 cups Bisquick or Jiffy
12 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix by hand till all is incorporated, this could take time. It seems like too much pancake mix... but keep working it!!
When all mixed make 1 inch balls, place on cookie sheet. Freeze or bake 400 for 12 min!! Serve with a dipping sauce or ketchup!
