Davidson's Homemade Chilli Recipe

Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 2 lbs of lean ground beef or sirloin 2 cans of french onion soup 1 dark kidney beans; drained 1 can of chilli beans; medium 1 large onion 2 garlic cloves 1 heaping tablespoon of chilli powder; add more if needs be 2 heaping teaspoons of cumin; add more if needs be 1 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes 1 8oz can of tomato sauce 1 6oz of tomato paste 1 can of chilli ready tomatoes Salt and Pepper to taste A spoon full of sugar
Garnishes: Sour cream, Fritos, cheddar cheese, diced onions

Directions:In a large pot over medium heat brown the meat till no pink. Drain the meat then add the onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add the garlic. Cook for 3 minutes. Then add chilli powder, cumin. Then add all of the other ingredients, tomatoes, beans, french onion soups.
Let it simmer for an hour on low heat. |

Leftovers make Chilli Spaghetti; or Freeze it. I sometimes replace the beef for lean ground turkey breasts.
