3-4 lbs of veal roast
1 c. duck sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1/4 c. red wine
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce veal roast all around with a fork. Combine rest of ingredients. Place meat in a single layer on a baking pan or dish. Pour sauce over meat. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Cover pan and bake at 400º degrees for 2 hours.
