Ingredients:  
Bake 9” pie crust @ 400 degrees until set and light brown. Cool

Then:
Cook 1 lb. sausage –and drain
Add: 1 small can sliced mushrooms
½ c. chopped onions
¼ c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. Parsley
½ tsp. Sweet basil

Directions:
Directions:
Put sausage mixture in pie crust.
Sprinkle: 1 ½ c. grated cheese on top of sausage mixture.
Mix together and pour over above mixture:
2 eggs,
1 c. milk,
½ tsp. salt,
dash of garlic.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 325º for 50 min.
