1 - 10 oz can chicken, drained
2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotella tomatoes w/green chilies
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
diced jalapenos & onions, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot, stir to combine. Place on low heat, until melted & hot, approximately 2 hours. Can place on high for 1/2 hour if in a hurry, then turn to low.
