2 1/2 cups shredded chicken or use rotisserie chicken from deli
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup green onions
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 4oz. can green chiles, undrained
1 can refried beans
6-8 flour tortillas, uncooked are preferred

Preheat oven to 500º. Combine first 7 ingredients. Cook tortillas on a griddle over medium high heat. Spread beans down center of tortilla. Top with about 1/2 cup of chicken mixture and roll up. You can use a tooth pick if you need to hold the tortilla together. Place seam side down on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spray tops of chimichangas with cooking spray. Bake for 7 minutes. Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
