1/2 cup warm mashed potatoes
1 egg
3/4 cup hot water
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1 pkg yeast

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, gently beat egg into mashed potatoes. Add mixture to bread machine. Add remaining ingredients in order given. Set machine on DOUGH setting.

Remove dough, and shape dough into 24 rolls. Place on cookie sheets (12 to a sheet.) Brush with melted butter and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let cool slightly, brush again with butter and dust with flour (if desired.)
