6-8 apples, sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 drops vanilla
2 T flour
cinnamon to taste
butter
crust:
1 c or 2 c flour (small or large pan)
1/3 c or 2/3 c Crisco oil
1/2 tsp or 1 tsp salt
2 T very cold H2O

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan with Pan. Mix sliced apples with sugar, vanilla, flour and cinnamon. Fill dish half full of apple mixture. Dab butter over apples. Crust: Take fork and beat all together. Roll between 2 pieces of wax paper. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
