Ingredients:  
1 ½ c. sugar 2 T cocoa
¾ c. cream 2 T butter
Pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, and cocoa together.
Stir in cream and put on med low heat.
Add 2 T. butter and stir until it begins to boil.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and beat with a spoon to help cool.
Pour over cake – This is a syrupy icing that will soak into the cake.
