2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 cloves minced garlic
2 medium onions diced
2 cans tomato soup 284 ml.
2 cans tomato sauce 540 ml.
2 cans tomato paste 398 ml.
1 can mushrooms
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. basil
1 beef boullion dissolved in 1 cup of hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, garlic onion, drain well if need be. Place in large pot and add rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 1-2 hours.

The secret to this recipe is to get your hands on some homemade tomato sauce. This is sometimes hard to come by but do try it does make a difference we think.
