12 oz pasta, bow tie or penne
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 medium cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
4 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup kalamata olives, halved
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 oz)

Directions:

Cook pasta and drain in colander. Rinse with cold water; drain again. In large bowl toss together pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, and olives.
In a screw top jar combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and shake well.
Drizzle over mixture; toss to coat.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or up to 24 hours. To serve, add feta cheese; toss.
