½ lb ground beef
16 oz refried beans
1 oz taco seasoning
¼ cup chopped cilantro
48 wonton wrappers
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 ½ cups sour cream
½ cup diced red onion
1 cup diced red peppers
Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef until browned and add beans, taco seasoning, cilantro and 2/3 cup water. Let simmer 5 minutes. Place 24 wrappers in greased 12-well muffin pans. Coat with cooking spray. Spoon ½ beef & ½ cheese into wells. Repeat layering with remaining wrappers, beef and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with last 3 ingredients.
