2 Crust Pastry
4 cups fresh blueberries
4 teaspoons lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar or Splenda
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toss blueberries with lemon juice, then with a mixture of sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and lemon peel.

Put in pie shell, heaping berries at the center.
Dot with butter.
Put top crust on.
Bake at 450º for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven to 350º and bake 30 - 35 minutes until the crust is lightly brown.
