5 cans (14.5 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (12.5 oz.) chicken breast packed in water
1/2 c. minced onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
2 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 c. chopped snap peas
1 tsp. fresh chopped basil
1 tsp. chicken bullion
1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned pepper
1 T. butter

Bring to a boil and then simmer on medium to low heat until veggies are soft, (approx. 30-40 min) then 10 min before serving add in 1 c. shredded pepperjack cheese.

We call this "whatever veggies are in the frig soup....and chicken" because all veggies tried in this soup have tasted great. You may add salt to taste.
