6 oz spaghetti
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c freshly grated parmesan
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c chopped onion
1 c sour cream
1 lb Italian sausage
6 oz Italian style tomato paste
1 c water
4 oz grated mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Break spaghetti in half and cook in boiling water until done. Drain. While still hot, combine spaghetti with eggs and parmesan. Pour into a well-greased 10" pie plate (or 9x9 casserole) and pat mixture up and around sides to form crust. Melt butter; add onion and saute until limp. Stir in sour cream and spoon over spaghetti. Brown sausage and drain well. Add tomato paste and water to sausage. Simmer 10 min. Spoon sausage mixture over sour cream mixture. Can be frozen at this point. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Sprinkle with mozzarella and return to oven until cheese melts.
