2c. sugar
2 eggs (whites)
8 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Boil water, sugar and cream of tartar until form a soft ball, about 5 or 6 minutes. Add about 1/2 cup marshmallows. Pour mixture slowly over egg whites while beating, so egg whites will not cook. Add vanilla.
