1 (4 lb.) pkg. meatloaf mix (ground beef and pork available at King Soopers)
Mashed potatoes (any amount)
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans green beans
2-3 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
In large frying pan, cook meatloaf mix till hamburger is done. Add soup, green beans, and seasoning to taste. Spread in 9x13 (or larger) pan. Spread mashed potatoes on meat mixture. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese and bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes, until edges bubble. Feeds a lot!
