1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 stick of butter (softened)
1/2 cup of crisco shortening
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups of flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt

3 tablespoon cinnamon
3 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, Crisco shortening, and sugar together. Beat in eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, and roll them into combination of sugar and cinnamon.

Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees F.
