1 envelope Dry Yeast
1/3 C. warm Water
1/2 C. Milk, scalded
1 Egg
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 C. Sugar
2-1/4 C. Flour
Melted Butter, for brushing on the rolls.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water in a large bowl. Cool milk and add it to the yeast, along with the egg, salt and sugar; mix well. Stir in flour and mix well. Mix dough and knead with hands. Cover bowl with a clean towel and let rise in a warm place until double in size.
Divide dough in half. Flatten each half in a circular shape. Place between 2 pieces of wax paper and roll into a circle, 1/4" thick. Remove top sheet of wax paper and brush top of dough with melted butter. Cut each circle into 8-pie shaped wedges. Starting at the outside of each wedge, roll-up dough toward pointed end. Repeat with remaining dough.
Place rolls 2-inches apart on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter again. Cover with a clean towel and let rise until double in size.
Bake for 15 minutes in a 400º oven, or until golden brown.
