4 C. fresh or frozen Corn
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 C. Milk
1 C. crushed Saltines (~30 crackers), divided
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
In a large bowl, combine the corn, eggs, milk 3/4 C. cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 C. cracker crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
