6 Yams peeled and boiled until tender or 40 oz. canned Yams
8.5 oz. can crushed Pineapple with juice
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
3 Tbsp. Chopped Pecans
3/4-1 C. Miniature Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, mash the yams. Drain the pineapple; reserve juice. Add the pineapple juice to the yams. Add butter and sugar; beat well. Stir in crushed pineapple and pecans. Grease a 1-1/2-2 qt. casserole. Spoon in yam mixture and spread out evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with marshmallows. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
