Butter
Beef, Chicken, or pork
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheese

Slice pita bread open and toast lightly.
Butter inside of pitabread and set aside
Grill meat of choice (leftovers optional)
Add salt and pepper to taste
Drain meat if necessary on paper towel
Add plenty to pita bread inside and sprinkle with cheese
