1 large pork roast
2 cloves garlic
3 cups whole tomatoes
1 cup canned green chiles
1/2 cup canned jalapeņos
3 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in a little olive oil and add garlic. Cook in a crockpot until you can shred it.
In a blender mix tomatoes with green chiles.
Roast jalapeņos in a pan with a little olive oil.
Put all ingredients in pot with the shredded pork. Add water until desired consistency. Cook all together at least 30 minutes.
Serve on warm tortillas with cheese and/or beans.
