Jello layer:
1 - 6oz. pkg. raspberry jello
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 - 1/2 c. boiling water
2 - 10oz. pkgs. frozen raspberries
Graham cracker crust:
1 - 3/4 c. graham crackers ( 20 - 22 squares )
2 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. melted butter ( 3/4 stick )
Cream cheese layer:
1 - 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pint whipping cream

Directions:

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add sugar, then frozen berries & lemon juice. Mix well. Chill until mixture starts to congeal.
Crush graham crackers. Mix with sugar & add melted butter. Set aside.
Blend whipping cream, pwd. sugar, vanilla, salt & cream cheese with mixer till fluffy. Line bottom of large glass bowl with cracker crust. Place 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust, then 1/2 of the raspberry mixture. Repeat. Top with a thin layer of crumbs if desired. Chill several hours or overnight.
